以绍兴曹娥江引水工程为背景,结合国内外研究成果和规范,研究了曹娥江输水隧洞下穿小舜江输水隧洞时爆破施工的减震控制技术。运用数值模拟方法,得到了不同工况下围岩应力的变化规律,预测了隧洞围岩的稳定性。以信息化施工理论为依据,对试验段的爆破振动速度进行了监测,通过回归分析得到了爆破参数K,α值,对最大装药量等爆破设计参数进行了优化,并应用于现场爆破施工。现场监测表明,优化后的最大装药量等爆破设计参数合理,爆破振动未对小舜江输水隧洞产生不利影响。研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Abstract:Based on Caoejiang River Water Diversion Project in Shaoxing,the damping control technique for the blasting excavation of Caoejiang River Water Conveyance Tunnel under crossing Xiaoshunjiang River Water Conveyance Tunnel is studied in accordance with the study results and relevant specifications concerned at home and abroad herein;from which the changing law of the stress in the surrounding rock under various conditions is obtained with numerical simulation,and then the stability of the surrounding rock is predicted as well.Furthermore,the blasting vibration velocity during the experimental stage is monitored on the basis of the informationized construction theory;the blasting design parameters with the maximum charge are optimized with the K,α values of the blasting parameters got from the regression analysis and then applied to the blasting construction in-situ.The site monitoring shows that the blasting parameters such as the maximum charge,etc.after the optimization are reasonable without any adverse impacts on Xiaoshunjiang River Water Conveyance Tunnel from the blasting vibration.The study result can provide a reference for the similar projects.
