 设备可靠性寿命评估是发电厂可靠性综合评估的重要内容,其目的是掌握设备的真实状态及其发展变化规律,提高设备的运行、维护水平.文中提出一种计及环境影响的水电厂设备可靠性寿命评估模型,引入水情因子、水质因子和气象因子作为对水电厂设备(元件)可靠性环境影响的量度,将环境影响因子对设备平均寿命的点估计和区间估计进行修正,建立了计及环境影响的水电厂设备可靠性寿命评估模型,从而对水电厂设备(元件)可靠性寿命估计更合理可信.

Abstract:

Life reliability assessments are important in the integrated reliability assessment of power plants, in order to know the facilities state and variation so as to enhance the operation and maintenance level. A life reliability assessment of hydroelectric facilities considering environmental influence is proposed in the paper. By introduction of the concepts of hydrologic factor, water quality factor and meteorologic factor as the measurement of environmental influence, establish the model of environmental influence on spot and area estimate for the life span of hydroelectric facilities, therefore, the life reliability expectancy of hydroelectric facilities conforms more to the practical life span variations.
