摘要：
小浪底工程施工区环境保护系统是采取国际管理模式建立的对施工区环境进行保护管理的系统，这一举措在我国尚属首次．该系统主要包括环境管理系统和环境保护控制系统．系统的正常运行，为小浪底工程的顺利建设创造了良好的环境条件，也为我国拟建水利工程的环境保护工作提供了可供借鉴的经验．
Abstract：： The environmental protection system of the construction area of Xiaolangdi Project built originally according to the international management standard includes the environmental management subsystem and environmental protection control subsystem． The normal operation of this system has created a proper environment for the smooth implementation of the Xiaolangdi Project，and will provide a better reference for the environmental protection of water projects to be bulit in the future．
