对于一个集灌溉、发电、防洪排涝于一身的灌区,在不影响防洪排涝的前提下提高经济效益,必须对其多个参数进行监控,文中研制的流溪河灌区渠首枢纽多目标优化监控系统,在这方面进行了探索.整个系统由闸门自控、大坝安全监测、电站监测、水雨情监测、水质数据监测、“三防”遥测、实时视频数码监测、离线管理、服务器网管、防雷避雷、综合电源保障等 11个子系统组成. 数据采集及控制部分采用PLC网络控制,监控软件采用“组态王”进行二次开发,数据库管理采用SQLSERVE2000.
Abstract:A multi-parameter monitoring system is imperative for any irrigation area which is designed to fulfil multi-purpose tasks such as irrigation, power generation, flood and waterlogging controls in order to increase economical benefits, provided its flood and waterlogging controls are not affected. The multi-purpose optimization monitoring system for the Liuxihe Irrigation Area developed is just the first trial in this aspect. The whole system consists of 11 subsystems: gate automatic control, dam safety monitoring, station surveillance, rain observation, water quality testing,“three controls” telemetry, real-time visual frequency digital surveillance, off-line management, server network tubes, lighting proof and power ensuring. Their data collection and database management are ensured by a PLC net control program and SQL SERVE2000 respectively.
