芭蕉河二级水电站枢纽工程大坝为浆砌石双曲拱坝,坝体砌筑施工和质量控制方面所采用的技术包括(1)采用“竖砌法”、“三角砌法”砌筑,整个坝面分条带同步砌升施工技术;(2)依靠坝体自身结合坝体上游迎水面网喷混凝土防渗技术;(3)应用金刚石钻机代替挖试坑法检测砌体容重及定期进行压水试验以检查、控制砌体透水率的质量控制方法.

Abstract:

BajiaoheⅡHydropower Project is a masonry double,curvature arch dam. The new techniques developed for masonry construction and quality control are:(1)building the structure using the "method of vertical stone laying","method of triangular stone laying", with its elevation rising according to the strips marked on the dam face; (2)watertight shotcrete for the dam face with anchorage into the dam body;(3)using a diamond drill instead of the test hole to examine volume unit weight and to inspect pressure water testing for impermeability and quality.
