为达到大型水电站建设公共工程项目合同目标,必须采取有效的方法和手段对工程项目实施监理,进行全过程、全方位控制,精细化管理。结合白鹤滩水电站110 k V中心变电站合同项目施工监理,探讨了监理在大型水电站公共工程项目管理中如何提高监理管理水平,以促进合同项目顺利实施,提高监理工作效率,更好地为建设单位提供优质服务。

In order to get the target of the project contract for public project of large-sized hydropower station,effective methods and means must be adopted to implement supervision on the engineering project for carrying out the whole process and overall control and refined management. In accordance with the construction supervision on the contract project of 110 k V central transformer substation for Baihetan Hydropower Station,how to enhance the supervision management level during the supervision made on the management of pubic project for large-sized hydropower station is discussed herein,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the contract project and enhance the working efficiency of the supervision,thus provide better service for the owner.
