根据项目进度管理的基本思想,将网络计划技术与关键链理论相融合。在对关键链项目管理方法的基本思想和理论分析基础之上,深入分析了如何有效地将关键链应用到项目进度管理中,给出了其具体流程。建立了以基于关键链的缓冲控制机制。通过案例研究,较为深入地论述了项目进度管理方法,获得了较好的应用效果。

According to the basic idea of the project schedule management,the network planning technology and critical chain theory are integrated. On the basis of the basic idea and theoretical analysis of the method of the critical chain based project schedule management,the way of how to effectively apply the critical chain to the project schedule management is deeply analyzed herein,and then the specific process is given,from which the critical chain based buffer control mechanism is established.Through the relevant case study,the method of project schedule management is discussed in detail and a good applying effect is got as well.
