吴城水库是一座综合利用的中型水库。近年,水库供水面临诸多困难的挑战,蓄水只有靠拦蓄雨洪资源。为了充分发挥水库的防洪与兴利效益,本文从气候成因分析、数理统计和模糊分析的角度分析研究了水库汛期分期调度起讫日期的划分,将整个汛期划分为前汛期、主汛期和后汛期,并按其分期采用不同汛限水位值,实现了将汛限水位按分期实行动态控制,使水库年平均可多蓄水180万m3。这无疑对解决该地区缺水问题具有十分重要的现实意义。
Abstract:Wucheng Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir with comprehensive utilizations.In recent years,the water supply of the reservoir is challenged by difficulties from various aspects,and then the impoundment has to only rely on the storage of the rain-flood resources.In order to fully exert the benefits of flood control and reservoir operation,the division of the start and end date for the staged operation of the reservoir during the flood season is studied herein from the aspects of the climate causation analysis,mathematical statistics and fuzzy analysis;thereby,the whole flood season is divided into three stages,i.e.the fore,main and later flood periods and different relevant flood control levels are adopted for each of them,which realizes the dynamic control of the flood control level in stages and averagely gets another more impoundment of 1.8 million m3 for the reservoir annually.It is no doubt that this has an important and practical significance for solving the problem of water shortage in that region.
