基于三维N-S方程及标准紊流模型,对双涡轮灯泡贯流式水轮机进行了全三维定常流数值模拟,获得了流场的速度、欧拉能量及压力分布等变化规律。结果表明,CFD分析能较准确地预测双涡轮贯流式水轮机内部流场的结构,其数值模拟结果可以作为双涡轮贯流式水轮机优化设计及运用的依据。
Abstract:Based on 3-D N-S equation and standard turbulence model,a 3-D steady flow numerical simulation on double-rotor bulb turbine is made,and then the changing laws of the velocity,Euler energy,pressure distribution of the flow field,etc.are obtained.The result shows that the CFD analysis can accurately predict the structure of the flow field inside of the double-rotor bulb turbine and its numerical simulation can lay a basis for the optimal design and utilization of the double-rotor bulb turbine.
