现有的变电站对现场作业人员误入带电间隔、与带电设备安全距离不足等危险行为缺乏监控,导致变电站人身触电事故比例居高不下。因此,将基于TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival,到达时间差)定位技术的变电站定位系统引入变电站中,对变电站作业人员的轨迹实时定位跟踪记录,从而实现对作业人员误入带电间隔以及安全距离不足等情况进行预警,进而提升变电站运行的安全性。为有效部署定位系统,对该系统的定位性能进行评估,开展了定位精度,单区域标签容量以及定位基站覆盖范围仿真测试,最终基于仿真数据将定位系统部署于500 kV贤令山站变电站,并在现场开展定点测试、轨迹测试和登高测试,测试结果验证了该定位系统的有效性。
Abstract:The substations lack of the monitoring of dangerous behaviors, such as on-site operators who erroneously enter the live interval and insufficient safety distance from live equipment, these behaviors result in a high proportion of electric shock accidents. Therefore, in this paper, the substation positioning system based on TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival) positioning technology is introduced into the substation to locate and track the trajectory of operators in the substation in real time, which can realize early warning of the erroneous entry of the electrified interval and insufficient safety distance, thereby the safety of substation operation gets the improvement. In order to deploy the positioning system effectively, this paper conducts a simulation test on the positioning performance of the system, such as simulation test of positioning accuracy, single area tag capacity and coverage of positioning base station. Based on the simulation data, the positioning system is deployed in the 500 kV Xianlingshan substation, the final field test data shows the effectiveness of the positioning system.
