近年来水资源供需不平衡的矛盾日益凸显,调水工程的作为水资源调配的有效工具,工程数量和规模持续增加,调水周期的不断延长和调水量的持续攀升,给调水工程的建设管理带来了新的挑战。传统调水工程建设的“重建设、轻管理”,“重硬件、轻软件”的弊端也日益凸显。同时,信息技术的高速发展和广泛应用,为调水工程的建设和运行提供了新的管理工具,物联网、数字孪生、大数据、地理信息系统等可以有效地提高调水工程的建设和运行管理水平。结合调水工程自身建设管理的特点,积极探索调水工程信息化应用,为调水工程的建设、调度运行、运维管理等进行赋能,实现高效调水、安全调水、智慧调水。以山东省胶东调水工程为例,系统总结、介绍了调水工程信息化建设的需求和系统建设实践,对调水工程信息化建设的关键技术进行分析和研究,为调水工程智慧化建设和管理模式提供参考。
Abstract:In recent years, the contradiction between the unbalanced supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly prominent. As an effective tool for water resource allocation, water diversion projects have continued to increase in the number and scale of water diversion projects. Management brings new challenges. The disadvantages of traditional water diversion project construction of "emphasizing construction and ignoring management" and "emphasizing hardware and ignoring software" are increasingly prominent. At the same time, the development and widespread application of information technology has provided new management tools for the construction and operation of water diversion projects. The Internet of Things, digital twins, big data, and geographic information systems can effectively improve the construction and operation of water diversion projects. management level. Combined with the characteristics of the construction and management of water diversion projects, actively explore the application of informatization of water diversion projects, empower the construction, scheduling, operation and maintenance management of water diversion projects, and realize efficient water diversion, safe water diversion, and smart water diversion. Taking Jiaodong Water Diversion Project in Shandong Province as an example, were systematically summarized and introduced the demand and system construction practice of water diversion project informatization construction.
