近年来，社会主义新农村建设的不断深入对乡镇水利工程建设提出了新的要求，“生态河湖、美丽河湖建设”“绿水青山就是金山银山”赋予了乡镇水利工程建设新的内涵。根据近年乡镇水利工程建设管理实践进行了研究探索，以期为相关建设管理提供参考借鉴。
Abstract：With the deepening of the construction of a new socialist countryside, new requirements are put forward for the construction of township water conservancy projects. "Beautiful river and Lake construction" and "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" give new connotation to the construction of township water conservancy projects. Based on the practice of construction and management of township water conservancy projects in recent years, the practical research is carried out in order to provide reference for relevant construction and management.
