建筑工程质量对人民生命财产以及健康发展有着非常重要的影响,同时也影响着建筑施工单位声誉和发展。对于建筑工程来说,施工单位必须保证工程的建设质量,从项目的各个阶段和工程建设各项内容出发,全面加强质量管理,确保工程质量符合要求。本文讲述了质量管理的必要性,分析了项目建设各阶段对工程建设质量的影响,指出了影响工程建设质量的关键因素。针对影响工程建设质量的技术、管理、人为等问题,从技术手段、施工组织、质量检验三个方面,研究了质量管理中应着重加强的工作内容。最后,探讨了建筑工程施工质量管理的有效方法和路径,提出了管理措施上,要改善客观制约条件,确保制度宣传落实到位,提高施工人员整体素质,完善质量控制手段,为加强建筑工程施工质量管理提供了参考借鉴。

The quality of construction projects has a very important impact on people's lives, property and healthy development, as well as the reputation and development of construction units. For construction projects, the construction unit must ensure the construction quality of the project, comprehensively strengthen quality management from all stages and contents of project construction, and ensure that the project quality meets the requirements. This paper describes the necessity of quality management, analyzes the impact of each stage of project construction on project construction quality, and points out the key factors affecting project construction quality. In view of the technical, management and human problems affecting the quality of engineering construction, this paper studies the work contents that should be strengthened in quality management from three aspects: technical means, construction organization and quality inspection. Finally, it discusses the effective methods and paths of construction quality management, and puts forward that in terms of management measures, we should improve the objective constraints, ensure the implementation of system publicity, improve the overall quality of construction personnel, and improve the quality control means, which provides a reference for strengthening construction quality management.
