升船机承船厢尺度大、机械设备繁多、载荷工况复杂,且为空间薄壁结构,采用常规解析法进行设计计算,偏于保守,容易造成承船厢重量偏大和主提升系统布置困难。文章通过对百色升船机承船厢进行纵倾稳定设计,确定主机和吊点布置方案,并根据承船厢运行特点和结构复杂性,结合有限元分析方法,对结构进行静强度、刚度、稳定性及模态计算分析研究。研究结果表明:百色升船机承船厢的设计满足规范和经济性要求,且计算方法简便可靠,能全面反映承船厢结构的受力特性,对设计制造安装和后期运行监测均有很好的指导意义。该计算方法可推广应用至同类型升船机承船厢的结构设计与改造中。
Abstract:The ship chamber of ship-lift has the characteristics of large scale, various mechanical equipment and complex load conditions. The ship chamber is a spatial thin-walled structure. It is conservative to use the conventional analytical method for design and calculation, the weight of ship chamber is too large and the arrangement of main hoist system is difficult. In this paper, the main hoist and lifting point layout scheme are determined through the pitch stability design of ship chamber of Baise ship-lift. Also according to the operation characteristics of the ship chamber and structural complexity, combined with the finite element analysis method, the static strength, stability and modal calculation and analysis of the structure are studied. The result show that, the design of the ship chamber of Baise ship-lift meets the requirements of the code and economy, and the calculation method is simple and reliable, which can fully reflect the mechanical characteristics of the ship chamber structure, and has a good guiding significance for design, manufacture, installation and operation monitoring. The calculation method can be applied to the structural design and transformation of ship chamber of the same type of ship-lift.
