不同比例钢-混凝土段对大兆瓦风电塔架结构的影响

摘要:

为了研究不同比例钢段和混凝土段对陆上风电机组钢-混凝土组合式塔架振动频率、塔顶位移、不同塔架截面(塔顶、过渡段和塔底)结构载荷的影响,对某3.XMW-156-140HH陆上风电机组(钢-混凝土组合式塔架)在混凝土段高度分别为112.51 m、113.51 m、114.51 m、115.51 m、116.51 m条件下,基于IEC 61400-1标准,通过仿真软件建立该机型五种钢-混凝土组合式塔架模型并进行计算,根据计算结果可知:增加混凝土塔架高度导致静态和动态频率升高,整体塔架刚度增大,避免叶轮与塔架发生共振现象,且导致塔架顶部位移量减小;混凝土段高度的提高,造成塔底弯矩载荷增大、扭矩减小,塔顶和过段段截面载荷降低。因此,根据不同比例钢段和混凝土段条件下塔架参数变化的定量计算,为钢-混凝土组合式塔架的设计优化提供科学参考。

Abstract:

In order to study the effects of different proportions of steel and concrete sections on the vibration frequency, displacement of the tower top, and structural loads of different tower sections(top, transition and bottom) of the wind turbine steel-concrete combined tower. A 3.XMW onshore wind turbine(wheel hub height of 140 m) is based on the IEC 61400-1 standard under the condition that the concrete section height is 112.51 m, 113.51 m, 114.51 m, 115.51 m, 116.51 m, and the simulation software is used to establish this five types of steel-concrete combined tower models and calculations. According to the calculation results: Increasing the height of the concrete tower leads to higher static and dynamic frequencies, and the overall tower stiffness increases, avoiding resonance between the impeller and the tower, and reducing the displacement of the top of the tower. The increase in the height of the concrete section causes an increase in the bending moment load at the bottom of the tower, a decrease in torque, and a decrease in the section load at the top of the tower and the passing section. Therefore, the quantitative calculation of tower parameter changes under different ratios of steel and concrete sections provides a scientific reference for the design and optimization of steel-concrete combined towers.
