智慧城市建设加速了城市的政务、交通、医疗以及旅游行业的发展,我国智慧城市建设体系仍待完善。阐明我国智慧城市建设的实际情况,分析当前我国智慧城市建设中存在的问题并提出完善智慧城市建设体系的对策措施。当前,我国智慧城市覆盖面越来越广,智慧城市建设带来的红利越来越多,法律政策逐渐完善;仍存在智慧城市建设规划体系不完善,建设过程过于模式化而忽略了市场实际需求,国外经验借鉴过多,基于现实需求的创新不足等问题;因此智慧城市建设应制定更加科学的城市发展规划,充分利用市场需求促进城市建设技术创新,体现不同区域特色。智慧城市的建设者应积极总结经验,制定出符合城市特点的智慧城市发展模式,充分匹配和融合城市的实际发展情况,体现出智慧城市发展的效果。

The construction of Smart Cities(SC)has accelerated the development of government affairs, transportation, medical treatment and tourism industries, but the construction system of SC in China still needs to be improved. To clarify the actual situation of the construction of SC, analyze the problems existing in the construction of SC and put forward countermeasures are conducive to the improvement of the construction system of SC. At present, the coverage of SC in China is more and more extensive, the construction of SC brings more and more dividends, and the laws and policies are gradually improved. The construction planning system of SC is not perfect, the construction process is too formalized and ignores the actual market demand, too much foreign experience is used for reference, and the innovation based on real demand is insufficient. Therefore, the construction of SC should formulate more scientific urban development plans, make full use of market demand to promote technological innovation in urban construction, and reflect the characteristics of different regions. Builders of SC should actively sum up experience, work out a SC development model that conforms to the characteristics of cities, fully match and integrate the actual development of cities, and reflect the effects of SC development.
