我国城市化的进程越来越快，建设项目越来越多，为了保证建筑项目能够顺利完成，需要强化项目管理。但是管理过程中，存在着一定的风险。进行风险管理能够给项目带来一定的经济效益。施工单位在进行决策时，会对项目风险进行预测，然后采取一定的措施来预防风险。本文的主要内容就是介绍项目管理过程中可能会遇到的风险以及相应的应对措施，希望通过风险管理，提高项目管理质量。

The process of urbanization in China is getting faster and faster, and there are more and more construction projects. In order to ensure the smooth completion of construction projects, it is necessary to strengthen project management. However, there are certain risks in the management process. Risk management can bring certain economic benefits to the project. When the construction unit makes a decision, it will predict the project risk, and then take certain measures to prevent the risk. The main content of this paper is to introduce the risks that may be encountered in the process of project management and the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to improve the quality of project management through risk management.
