关键链项目管理(CCPM)方法是约束理论(TOC)在项目管理领域的具体应用,文中在对CCPM方法的基本原理概述的基础上,深入分析了CCPM方法存在的问题,探讨了CCPM方法应用的边界条件,并对有关问题指出了进一步研究的方向,以期促进CCPM方法在提高项目管理绩效方面的应用与研究。
Abstract：Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM) method is the application of the Theory of Constraints(TOC)in project management area.Based on the simple overview of the method,the problems inherent in the assumption behind CCPM,the determination of the critical chain,the time buffer and its application in multi-project environment of CCPM have been thoroughly discussed.Some suggestions for the application boundary conditions of the method have been referred to and relative study directions have been pointed out in order to promote its application in improving project management performances.
