白鹤滩水电站左岸地下厂房岩壁吊车梁开挖技术研究

摘要:

以形成合理的地下厂房岩壁吊车梁开挖方案为目标,在总结已有地下厂房岩壁梁层开挖技术的基础上,针对白鹤滩水电站左岸地质条件复杂、开挖成形要求高等问题,通过科学的手段对比分析多种施工方案和爆破参数,选定了一套技术可行的施工方案和爆破参数,并设定了岩壁梁开挖质量管控目标,制定了岩壁梁开挖专项施工质量管理办法,明确了开挖施工质量控制程序和标准。结果表明:岩壁梁的整体开挖质量较好;开挖爆破各测点监测到的各方向(径向、切向、垂直向)的振动速度为1.1582.633 cm/s,均小于设计控制指标10.0 cm/s;左岸厂房顶拱变形量控制在0.633.88 mm;从实施效果上看,开挖方法得当,爆破控制有效。研究成果对大型地下电站厂房岩壁梁开挖具有积极的借鉴作用。

Abstract:

By taking reasonably forming the excavation scheme for the rock wall crane beam in underground powerhouse as the objective and under the basis of summerizing the technologies for the excavations of the layers of the rock wall beams in the existing underground powerhouses,a set of technically feasible construction schemes and blasting parameters is selected through the comparative analysis on several construction schemes and blasting parameters with scientific means for the problems of the complicated geological condition at the left bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station and high formation requirement for the excavation,and then the quality control target for the excavation of the rock wall beam is determined,the special construction quality control method for the excavation of the rock wall beam is made and the procedures and standards for the excavation construction quality control are defined as well. The result shows that the overall excavation quality of the rock wall beam is better,for which the vibration speeds of all the directions( radial,tangential and vertical) monitored at all the measuring points for the excavation blasting are 1. 158 ~ 2. 633 cm/s and all of which are less than the design control index of 10. 0 cm/s,while the deformation of the arch crown of the left bank power house is controlled within a range of 0. 63 ~ 3. 88 mm. From the aspect of the implementation effect,the excavation method is proper and the blasting control is effective. The study result has a positive role on the excavation of the rock wall beam in large-sized underground powerhouse.
