水利工程对周围生态环境具有重要影响。近几年,国内学界对水利工程生态环境影响后评价越来越关注,进一步发展完善了基于生态水工学理论的后评价理论研究体系,但具体后评价理论体系尚未统一,整体缺乏系统性和可行性。鉴于这一情况,从细致分析水利工程后评价特点、评价原则、工作内容入手,详细阐述了对水利工程生态环境影响后评价体系的构建过程,重点对评价指标体系的构成进行分析。同时结合总结的评价指标体系,提出了对应的评价模型及方法建议。
Abstract:Water conservancy projects have important impacts on the surrounding ecological environment. In recent years, domestic academic circles have paid more and more attention to the post-evaluation of the impact of water conservancy projects on the ecological environment, and further developed and improved the post-evaluation theory research system based on ecological hydraulics theory, but the specific post-evaluation theory system has not been unified, and the overall lack of a system Sex and feasibility. In view of this situation, this article starts with a detailed analysis of the post-evaluation characteristics, evaluation principles, and work content of the water conservancy project, elaborating on the construction process of the post-evaluation system for the ecological environment impact of the water conservancy project, focusing on the analysis of the composition of the evaluation index system. At the same time, combined with the summary evaluation index system, the corresponding evaluation model and method suggestions are put forward.
