从大坝病险认定、除险加固资金的使用、加固设计的针对性和有效性等各方面,对已除险加固的和正在进行除险加固的中小水库进行了调查,分析研究了中小水库除险加固过程中存在的主要问题,最终提出了加强我国病险水库除险加固安全的对策设想,为今后病险水库除险加固决策和安全运行管理提供技术支撑。
Abstract：From the aspects of the definition of dangerous dam,the use of the fund for risk-elimination and reinforcement,the pertinence and effectiveness of the reinforcement design,etc.,a investigation is made on both the medium and small-sized reservoirs after and under the constructions of risk-elimination and reinforcement;in which the main problems during the construction concerned are analyzed and studied,and then the ideas on the countermeasures for strengthening the safe operation and reinforcement of the dangerous reservoirs in China are put forward as well,so as to provide the technical support for the risk-elimination and reinforcement decision-making for the dangerous reservoirs and the safe operation of them.
