<正>抗生素是用于防治人类和动物病菌性疾病,以及促进动物生长的一大类化学品。近几十年来,抗生素的大量应用及滥用导致其含量在河流水体和底泥中浓度大幅增加。美国在2000年时,对所调查的139条河流中就有95种抗生素浓度超标[1]。在我国的珠江广州河段和深圳河中,抗生素药物污染非常严重,检测出氧氟沙星、罗红霉素、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、
