滩涂地区光伏电站基础-支架系统技术现状及发展趋势研究

摘要:

可再生能源发电是能源供应体系的重要组成部分,相比其它可再生能源,光伏发电成本更低且更易实现,光伏发电产业在我国碳中和目标实现过程中起决定性的主导作用。由于滩涂地区具有土地费用低、地形平坦、遮挡物少、光照条件较好等特点,还可进行渔光互补,开发普通项目较为困难,因此建设滩涂光伏电站是两全其美的选择。然而滩涂地区存在地基承载力较弱、环境腐蚀性较强等特点,且在滩涂上施工受潮汐涨落影响,施工难度大,导致滩涂地区建设光伏电站面临基础及支架定制成本和施工成本居高不下等问题。传统滩涂光伏电站基础多采用PHC管桩等深基础型式,该基础型式存在施工周期长、施工难度大且易受潮间带施工环境影响等难题,经济性与施工便利性受到很大影响,制约了滩涂地区建设光伏的快速发展,迫切需要研发滩涂光伏电站新型基础型式,以支撑滩涂光伏电站的高效开发。为此,开展已建滩涂光伏电站的现场调研及技术调研,综合研判滩涂光伏电站基础-支架系统的优缺点及发展趋势,为研发滩涂地区新型光伏基础-支架系统提供技术参考。

Abstract:

Renewable energy power generation is an important part of the energy supply system, compared with other renewable energy, photovoltaic power generation cost is lower and easier to achieve, photovoltaic power generation industry in China's carbon neutrality goal to achieve the decisive leading role. Because the beach area has the characteristics of low land cost, flat terrain, less shelter, good lighting conditions, etc., and can also carry out fishery and solar complementarity, it is more difficult to develop ordinary projects, so the construction of beach photovoltaic power station is the best of both worlds. However, there are characteristics such as weak bearing capacity of foundation and strong environmental corrosiveness in the beach area, and the construction on the beach is affected by the fluctuation of the tide, and the construction is difficult, resulting in the construction of photovoltaic power station in the beach area facing problems such as the customization cost of foundation and bracket and the high construction cost. The foundation of traditional beach photovoltaic power station mostly adopts pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile and other deep foundation types, which have problems such as long construction period, difficult construction and easy environmental impact of intertidal construction, etc., and the economy and construction convenience are greatly affected, which restricts the rapid development of photovoltaic construction in beach areas, and it is urgent to develop new basic types of beach photovoltaic power plants to support the efficient development of beach photovoltaic power plants. So on-site investigation and technical investigation of the built beach photovoltaic power station were carried out. The advantages, disadvantages and development trend of the foundation-bracket system of the beachy photovoltaic power station were comprehensively studied and judged to provide a technical reference for the research and development of a new photovoltaic foundation-bracket system in the beachy area.
