为了规范现场安全文明施工,提升白鹤滩水电站开挖作业及爆破管理总体形象,2014年初开始对现场安全文明施工进行标准化管理,经二个阶段的推广工作,各开挖施工作业面现场风水管线、洞内污水、临边防护、爆破警戒、粉尘控制、个人防护、施工用电等均有所提高,总体施工形象明显改观。
Abstract：In order to standardize the in situ safety and civilized construction and enhance the overall image of the management of the excavation and blasting construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station,a standardized management of the in situ safety and civilized construction starts from the beginning of 2014,and then all kinds of the working items at every excavation working surface,such as air and water pipelines management,sewage treatment,limb protection,blasting guard,dust control,personnel protection,construction power supply,etc.are all enhanced on a certain scale through the popularization of two phases,thus the overall construction image is significantly improved as well.
