龚嘴水电站1号水轮发电机转子绝缘为B级绝缘,运行至今已三十多年。由于运行环境湿度大等因数,转子绝缘性能降低,严重影响机组正常的安全运行。2003年11月该厂改造了1号发电机组的定子线圈、铁心和水涡轮,通过采用新型通风系统改善了转子绝缘性能,实现了定子、转子温升分布均匀,温升较低,提高了发电机转子绝缘性能,达到了机组增容10 MW的目的。
Abstract:The insulation for the rotor of No.1 hydropower generator unit in Gongzui Hydropower Station is a Class-B Insulation and operates for over 30 years yet.The performance of the rotor insulation is already decreased due to the factors of high environmental humidity,etc.,and then the normal safe operation of the generator unit is seriously impacted.In November 2003,the stator winding,iron core and water turbine of the No.1 generator unit are modified and the insulation performance of the rotor is improved through adopting new type of ventilation system concerned;from which the uniform and lower distribution of temperature rises of both the stator and rotor are realized,meanwhile,the insulation performance of the rotor is enhanced and the target of the capacity increase of 10 MW for the generator unit is got as well.
