论述了土工膜全库盘防渗技术在胜利水库的应用,该水库是一座灌注式丘陵水库,一期工程设计库容为9.8×106m3,采用坝体、坝基及全库盘土工膜防渗技术,最大坝高14 m,水库铺设土工膜面积达2.6×106m2,膜上最大水头15 m。经约两年的蓄水运行证明,防渗及节水效果显著。同时,对有关技术问题也进行了探讨。

Abstract:

The application of the anti-seepage for the whole bottom of Shengli Reservoir with geomembrance is described herein.The reservoir is a hilly reservoir filled with the diverted water;of which the designed capacity is 9.8×106m3 and the dam height is(14 m) in the first stage of the project.With the total placement area of 2.6×106m2,the technique of the anti-seepage with geomembrance placed on all the dam body,the dam foundation and the whole reservoir bottom is applied therein,while the max.water head above the geomembrance is about 15 m.The operation with impoundment for about two years demonstrates that the effects of both the anti-seepage and water saving are significant.At same time the key problems concerned are discussed as well.
