近年来，水利主管部门在全国范围内推行工程管理标准化，以标准化、信息化作为管理手段，全面加强水利工程管理监管工作。山东省胶东调水工程在推进标准化过程中，形成了一系列卓有成效的标准化成果，基于工程推进标准化、信息化管理实际需要，在充分考虑管理层级和各项业务需求的基础上，设计开发胶东调水工程标准化管理信息系统。该系统采用B/S分层结构，用微服务+数据中台+人工智能技术构建整体架构，充分考虑网络安全，包括工程信息、运行管理、巡视巡察、维修养护、安全管理、河长制、综合管理等主要功能模块和工程管理移动客户端APP,基本涵盖调水工程管理全方位工作。系统应用后，实现了胶东调水工程全线标准化、信息化管理，全面规范工程运行管理行为，显著提高工程管理效率。

Recently, water conservancy authorities promote and apply standardized management on a national scale, making standardization and informatization as the approach to strengthen the management and supervision of water conservancy projects. In the process of promoting stand-ardization in Jiaodong Water Diversion Project, a series of standardization result have been formed. Based on the needs of standardized and information management, Jiaodong water diversion project standardized management information system has been designed and developmented. The system adopts B/S hierarchical structure, with micro-service + data center + artificial intelligence technology, including major functional modules such as engineering information, operation management, patrol and inspection, operation and maintenance, safety management, river chief system, comprehensive management and mobile APP for engineering management. After the application of the system, the standardized and information management of Jiaodong Water Diversion Project has been realized, the operation and management behavior of the project has been fully standardized, and the efficiency of project management has been significantly improved.
