　资金是水电站工程建设的核心,正确全面认识水电站工程的经济特征对融资具有指导意义.文章研究了我国水电站工程以项目融资方式筹措资金的可行性,并以外商独资兴建的黄河直岗拉卡水电站为例提出了项目融资结构设计的具体建议.直岗拉卡水电站项目的融资结构为:借款人以直岗拉卡水电站项目未来资产提供抵押提保,以直岗拉卡水电站项目全部售电收费权和项目开发权提供质押担保.

Financing is the centerpiece of a hydroelectric project construction. It is of great importance to give a more detailed understanding of the economic characteristics of a hydroelectric project. Feasibility of financing for a hydroelectric project of China is reviewed in this article, and the Zhiganglaka hydropower plant on the Yellow River, a foreigner exclusive investment project used as the case study, is analyzed to put forwards concrete proposals to improve a project financing. The financing system of Zhiganglaka project incorporates: the borrower's guarantees made by mortgaging the future assets of this hydropower project and by holding in pledge the project development concession and the power charges collection right.
