为掌握大颗粒在水力提升系统中的运动特性,进行了数值模拟和试验。详细分析了系统内部速度场、颗粒的颗粒轴向速度、径向速度等各种运动参数,对数值模拟结果和试验数据进行了对比分析。同时,对比研究了颗粒的沉降速度和浮游速度。结果表明:颗粒的轴向速度在沿管径的分布类似于抛物线分布;径向速度的绝对值都很小;颗粒的浮游速度小于其沉降速度。
Abstract:Numerical simulation and experiment are carried out to recognize the movement characteristics of large particles in hydraulic lifting system.Detailed analysis is made on the velocity field,the axial velocity of particles and the radial velocity of particles in the system,and then a comparative analysis is also made between the result of the simulation and the data from the experiment.Meanwhile,both the suspension velocity and the settling velocity of the particles are studied as well.The results show that the axial velocity of particles presents a parabolic distribution along the pipe diameter with a very small absolute value of radial velocity and a suspension velocity less than the settling velocity.
