近15年来,随着黄淮海地区城镇化、工业化进程的推进,用水竞争问题日益凸显,农业用水保障形势愈发严峻。为保障粮食安全,研究黄淮海地区城镇化、工业化进程与农业用水的关系,本文选择城镇化、工业化程度较高的北京市和城镇化、工业化程度相对较低的河北省作为典型区,对比分析两地区1997~2011年的农业用水变化情况,以及发展程度不同的区域城镇化、工业化对当地农业用水的影响,为制定农业用水保障策略提供参考。
Abstract:In recent 15 years,the problem from the competition among water uses is gradually obvious along with the advance of the urbanization and industrialization process within Huang-Huai-Hai Region,while the situation of guaranteeing the agricultural water is more and more strict. In order to guarantee the food security and make sure the correlation between the urbanization and industrialization process and the agricultural water in Huang-Huai-Hai Region,Beijing with higher level of the urbanization and industrialization and Hebei Province with relatively lower level of the urbanization and industrialization are chosen herein as the typical regions for comparatively analyzing the change of the agricultural water during the period of 1997 ~ 2011 therein as well as the impacts from the regional urbanization and industrialization with various development degrees on the local agricultural water use,so as to provide references for making the guarantee strategy for the agricultural water concerned.
