摘要:

丹江口大坝右岸混凝土坝转弯坝段在平面上呈凸向下游的反弧形,在气温长期影响下出现周期性变形。为消除该坝段对坝体稳定及应力不利的变形,并确保帷幕防渗质量,设计确定采用消除横缝间连接的"锯缝"方案,解决反拱反向变位和缩小坝踵拉应力范围。经生产性试验,本项目采用了水平钻孔、绳锯切割的施工方案,设备选型正确,施工效率相对较高,切割出来的横缝能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:

The turning section of the concrete dam on the right bank of Danjiangkou Dam shows an ogee on plane, of which periodical deformation occurs under the impact of temperature for a long period.In order to eliminate the adverse impact of those deformations on the stability and stress condition of the dam body and then ensure the quality of the anti-seepage curtain therein, a "kerf plan" to eliminate the connection in between the transverse construction joints on the dam body is determined to be adopted during the design.After the productive experiment concerned, the construction method of horizontal drilling and cutting with wire saw is adopted in this project.As the equipment is correctly selected, the construction efficiency is higher, and then the cut transverse joints can meet the requirement of the design as well.
