台风“利奇马”影响下温岭中心渔港避风容量研究Berthing capacity evaluation of Wenling Central Fishing Port under the influence of Typhoon Lekima

摘要(Abstract):
研究渔港在台风期间的避风容量对于渔船避台有着重要的意义。运用MIKE 21谱波模型和Holland台风模型,模拟了在超级台风"利奇马"作用下温岭中心渔港的波浪特性,并对温岭中心渔港的避风容量进行了预测,合理规划了停泊区域。为了比较不同等级的台风对渔港的影响,通过按比例调整台风特征参数,模拟了13级、15—18级台风作用下温岭中心渔港周围台风浪的特征。d趋势模型的评估结果分别为0.90、0.88、0.98和0.97,表明模型仿真结果与实测数据资料吻合良好,证明MIKE 21谱波模型和Holland台风模型能够很好地模拟台风"利奇马"过境期间该海域的波浪分布。"利奇马"过境时,温岭中心渔港可停放1450艘渔船,可避风面积占港区总面积的40.7%。台风每提高一级,可能造成304艘小型渔船或204艘中型渔船或136艘大型渔船无法停泊。研究成果可为经常遭受台风袭击的避风型渔港建设提供参考。
