土地利用景观格局对城市内涝灾害风险的影响研究The influence of landscape pattern on the risk of urban watelogging disaster

摘要(Abstract):
土地利用景观格局(类型以及空间配置)变化是诱发城市内涝灾害的重要原因,探究其对城市内涝灾害风险的影响具有重要意义。以杭州市临安建成区为例,提取含有内涝点的子汇水区作为研究样本,采用指标体系方法评估城市内涝灾害风险,并计算区域内最大斑块面积比例等5个典型景观格局指数,同时结合不透水率、植被覆盖度及地形地势等影响因子,运用统计分析方法,分析土地利用景观格局对城市内涝灾害风险的影响。结果显示:(1)在土地利用类型方面,对内涝灾害风险影响的重要性程度依次为:林地>住宅用地>工矿用地;(2)在景观格局特征方面,建设用地斑块的聚集度越高、破碎度越低,内涝灾害风险就越高,绿地斑块对内涝风险的影响则相反;(3)地形地势以及人为因素等其他影响因子对城市内涝灾害风险也会产生显著影响,其中不透水率越高、地表粗糙度越低,内涝灾害风险就越大。研究结果表明通过优化城市景观格局以及合理配置土地资源可以有效降低城市内涝灾害风险。
