掺再生塑料颗粒自密实混凝土的动态力学性能研究Study on dynamic mechanical performance of concrete containing recycled plastic particles

摘要(Abstract):
将塑料废物制成塑料颗粒掺入混凝土中,不仅能减少环境污染减低能耗,而且能提高混凝土的韧性。为探究含塑料颗粒自密实混凝土的动态力学性能,通过改进的霍普金森压杆试验研究了塑料颗粒掺量对自密实混凝土的破坏形态、应力应变曲线、峰值应变、动态抗压强度以及能量耗散密度的影响。结果表明:塑料颗粒自密实混凝土的破坏形态更加有韧性,应力应变曲线有更大的峰值应变和更长的峰后反应,动态抗压强度随塑料掺量的增加而显著减小,能量耗散密度随塑料颗粒掺量的增加呈降低趋势,但存在最优塑料掺量,使得塑料颗粒自密实混凝土相对普通混凝土有更高的冲击韧性。
