大数据技术与人工智能在城市地下综合管廊中应用:回溯、挑战及展望Applications of big data technique and artificial intelligence in construction of urban comprehensive underground pipeline corridor: review, challenge and forecast

摘要(Abstract):
地上的国土面积很有限,向广袤土地拓展开发利用更多的城市地下空间势在必行,综合管廊能够将多种看不见的城市基础管线、能源设施和智能装备集中安设于一个无障碍地下通道。由于管廊建设项目“全过程”的规建管活动堆积了海量的系统的观测数据,随着21世纪计算机科学技术的进步,大数据和人工智能AI等前沿科技陆续被运用到管廊工程信息化业务发展中。简介大数据及AI基础,展示管廊领域涉及的大数据核心关键技术,深度解析了AI科学与工程大数据相结合的管廊监测、管廊结构安全(耐久)性实时预测与预警实施的技术难点及发展前景,并阐述了借助区块链大数据技术构建管廊综合管理智慧平台的缘由。以“综合管廊”“大数据”“AI”“监测”“神经网络”“运维管理”“预测”“智慧建设”等及其组合为检索关键词,通过调研近五六年来已刊出文献,对管廊工程中大数据智能技术现有的应用研究作了总结与评述。分析认为:从业者不仅应注重面向廊内收容物巡检、人员状态捕捉或相关环境监测的数智化技术创新与应用,更要基于全寿命安全管控理念将目光延拓至结构本体输出量(如变形、加速度、内力、温度)的多步向前预测和智能控制上,建立跨界融合研究和个性化学习的机制,力争管廊服务系统形成自动化、界面化和产业化运作模式。
