混凝土轴拉断裂声发射特性及尺寸效应研究Study on the uniaxial tensile properties and size effect of concrete combined with acoustic emission technology

摘要(Abstract):
考虑高径比、缝径比和直径三种尺寸效应对混凝土轴拉力学特性的影响,针对8种不同尺寸的预制裂缝圆柱形混凝土试件开展了轴拉试验。结合声发射无损监测技术,分析了轴拉工况下混凝土内部声信号参数的变化特征,探究了混凝土试件的轴拉力学特性和尺寸效应。研究结果表明:混凝土的轴拉损伤机制受尺寸效应的影响,轴拉工况下试件声发射累计振铃计数随着缝径比的减小和直径的增大而增大,平均峰值频率随高径比的减小和缝径比的增大而增大。不同尺寸混凝土试件的声发射信号在各幅度波段的分布特征基本一致,b值主要在0.8~2.0范围区间内。除此以外,声发射总能量随试件高径比和缝径比的增大而减小,随试件直径的增大而增大,并构建了不同高径比、缝径比和直径混凝土尺寸效应与声发射总能量的关系式。
