基于SWMM的城市河网情景调控与分析研究SWMM-based scenario regulation and analysis of urban river networks

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】城市河网调控与分析是防治城市洪涝灾害与水环境恶化问题的重要非工程措施,对不同情景对城市河网进行调控与分析是很有必要的。针对淮安市淮安区洪涝频发与河网水动力不足的问题。【方法】基于SWMM建立了淮安区某片区城市水文模型、一维河网水动力模型,并进行耦合,并以2021年6月17日实测降雨及河道水位数据对模型参数进行了校验,设计并模拟了3种晴天工况和3种雨天工况。构建城市河网水文水动力耦合模型,结合城市河网调控手段,设计并模拟多种工况,对河网流速及水位超警历时进行量化计算与空间分析。【结果】结果显示:模拟模型纳什效率系数为0.79;3种晴天工况调控下,全区河网流速分别达到0.413 m/s、0.509 m/s和0.576 m/s; 3种雨天工况调控下,河网关键断面水位平均超警历时分别为88 min、68 min、51 min。【结论】结果表明:晴天工况调控下,工况3较工况1全区河网流速总共增加了0.163 m/s,河网水动力条件得到明显改善;雨天工况调控下,3种雨天工况河网关键断面水位平均超警历时较无调控工况分别减少13.72%、33.33%和50.00%,总体下降50%,河道在暴雨前预排预降效果明显。研究成果可以为典型城市河网情景调控与量化分析提供一定技术支撑。
