明渠输水流量不平衡量感知及水位超限预警方法研究Study on perception of open channel conveyance water flow rate imbalance and method of water level over-limit early warning

摘要(Abstract):
明渠中分水的不确定性变化时常引起输水进出口流量的不平衡现象。流量不平衡一般通过流量监测识别,但是对于无流量监测或者监测信息不准确情况,流量的偏差主要体现在水位的持续变化上。通过分析单位流量下的水位变化率,提出了在具有水位实测变化数据情况下,基于实时水位监测数据的流量不平衡识别方法,并通过分析不平衡流量下的水体蓄量变化趋势,实现了流量不平衡下的水位超限时间估计。通过建立引江济淮工程派河口泵站—蜀山泵站段的仿真模型来代替实际模型对该方法进行检验,结果表明,该方法能够较准确地感知进出口缺水流量值,同时也能快速和准确地识别出超限时间,为调度决策提供支撑。
