基于数字孪生技术的德州市水资源应用前景研究Research on application prospect of water resources in Dezhou based on digital twin technology

摘要(Abstract):
德州市是典型的水资源极度匮乏地区,水资源供需矛盾突出。为解决水资源管理的用水总量分配和水资源调度等工作难题,充分利用现有水资源信息化资源,结合最新的信息化技术发展成果和水利部“十四五”智慧水利建设总体目标,对德州市水资源的数字孪生应用前景进行研究。以水利部数字孪生建设工作提出的建设目标和方法为指导,结合德州市水资源信息化现状,设计了水资源数字孪生五维模型框架,对如何实现物理实体和虚拟实体的相互映射、数据服务平台的运行以及数字孪生的互联互通进行了阐述,并对实现数字孪生的技术体系开展可行性分析。通过对水资源数字孪生系统结构化分析和典型案例分析,可以认为水资源数字孪生系统具备技术先进性和建设可行性,能够实现水资源业务信息化智能管理,提高德州市水资源信息化水平,并为德州市智慧水利建设提供实用性技术参考。
