岷江中游梯级闸坝联合优化调度研究Study on joint optimal scheduling of cascade sluices on mid-minjiang river

摘要(Abstract):
合理控制不同层级闸坝的下泄水量是实现梯级闸坝整体优化的关键。针对梯级闸坝联合调度层级多、水力联系紧密的特点,为协调不同层级闸坝系统间的水文补偿关系和降低建模维度,建立了基于粒子群算法和自适应算法的梯级闸坝耦合调度模型。基于粒子群算法完成了对闸坝调度规则的整体优化。在此基础上,采用自适应修正算法对闸坝的蓄、泄水量完成修正实现整体效益最大。综合考虑上游来水、区间降雨产流和农业灌区退水等影响因素,以提高水资源利用率增强供水保障为目标,对岷江中游段规划梯级闸坝群进行实例研究。结果表明:95%来水频率年采用梯级闸坝耦合优化调度减少下泄流量5 048万m~3,有效提高枯水年的供水保障能力。耦合优化法可以提高收敛稳定性,具备针对梯级闸坝联合优化调度的应用潜力。
