复杂地质富水条件下TBM施工隧洞综合超前预报体系实践Practice of comprehensive advance forecasting system for TBM tunnel construction under complex geological and water-rich conditions

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】为了准确地对钻爆与TBM联合施工的隧洞进行综合超前预报,【方法】以秘鲁圣加旺Ⅲ水电站引水隧洞工程为依托,基于探构造与探水结合、物探与地质手段结合、预报结果与地质分析结合的超前预报思路,对现有常用超前预报技术进行研究。改进TST与CFC技术在TBM隧道中的观测系统布置方式,使之适应TBM隧道工况,并在实际开挖掘进中检验该综合超前预报体系的准确性。【结果】结果显示,建立的以地质资料为基础、以三维地震波法与CFC超前探水方法为核心、以超前钻探和超前注浆为保障的综合超前预报体系,准确性良好,预报的定性准确率为90.5%,定位准确率为82%。【结论】结果表明,在该体系的指导下,实现了对不良地质体的超前治理,进而有效避免了富水断层破碎带对TBM施工的干扰,保障了TBM高效安全掘进。该综合超前预报体系兼容钻爆法与TBM法施工隧洞,对同时开展两种施工方法的引水隧洞具有借鉴意义。
