胶结人工砂石力学性能研究及水化机理分析Analysis on mechanical properties and hydration mechanism of cemented sand & gravel

摘要(Abstract):
为指导胶凝砂砾石工程施工,确定石粉含量限值,提高胶凝砂砾石筑坝质量,本文开展石粉含量对胶凝砂砾石性能的影响研究。通过设计不同水胶比、石粉含量及龄期的胶砂试验方案,采用万能试验机测试胶砂力学性能,并分析石粉含量对胶砂强度影响的显著性;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对胶砂的表面形貌进行表征,分析石粉含量对胶砂微观形貌的影响。结果表明:随龄期的增加,胶砂强度随龄期的增加有较大程度的提高;28 d之后,石粉含量对胶砂强度的影响呈抛物线形式,在石粉含量为30%时力学强度达到最大值并在40%时开始产生负面影响,即石粉含量大于40%,试件强度低于不含石粉试件,通过微观形貌验证了上述现象产生的原因。该研究表明工程现场施工应限制石粉40%以下。
