饱水软弱夹层相似材料配比试验研究Experimental study on mixing ratio of similar materials for water-saturated weak interlayer

摘要(Abstract):
为研制可用于水下振动台试验的软弱夹层物理模型相似材料,选取新型注浆材料AG-C溶液、不同级配石英砂、膨润土为原料,以正交设计方法为手段,建立4个因素4个水平正交试验配比方案,获得了不同配比相似材料的密度、抗压强度、弹性模量、渗透系数、水稳性指标、质量变化率等物理力学性质指标,并对试验结果进行敏感性分析。然后,基于正交试验结果进行单因素试验,并增加了含水率、饱和度、孔隙水压力指标。试验结果表明:AG-C溶液含量对相似材料性质影响较大,所确定配比的相似材料具有很好的动力学特性,基本能够满足振动台模型试验相关要求;所研制的软岩相似材料可为水下模型试验提供重要材料,也可广泛应用于采矿、水利、地质及岩土等工程领域。
