基于IA-PSO的库坝梯级系统水资源优化配置与调度Optimal allocation and dispatching of water resources in reservoir dam cascade system based on IA-PSO

摘要(Abstract):
【目的】库坝梯级系统上游建有龙头水库、中下游建有多级拦蓄堰坝,合理分配龙头水库与中下游堰坝的供水任务并高效开展龙头水库供水调度是保障库坝梯级系统供水安全的关键。【方法】以平阳县北港流域为例,通过构建水资源优化配置模型来高效分解各水源的供水任务,以龙头水库供水任务配置结果作为其需水边界,通过构建水库优化调度模型制定了水库各行业供水保证线,采用IA-PSO算法对水资源优化配置和优化调度模型进行求解。【结果】结果显示:经优化,顺溪水库调度图丰富了指导各行业有序放水的调度线,北港流域各行业供水保证率提升至设计保证率。【结论】结果表明:通过水资源优化配置与龙头水库优化调度,可统筹发挥库坝梯级系统龙头水库和中下游堰坝的供水能力,协调流域各行业供水矛盾。
