心墙沥青混合料拌和质量实时监控研究Study on real-time quality monitoring and control on core wall asphalt mixture mixing

摘要(Abstract):
沥青混合料的拌和质量控制是保证沥青混凝土心墙施工质量的关键。根据沥青混凝土心墙坝料拌和质量控制的要求,提出了考虑坝区小气候环境的心墙沥青混合料拌和质量实时监测与控制方法,研制开发了相应系统,可实时监测沥青混合料在拌和过程中的配合比和出机口温度。当监测数据超出合格标准范围时,系统发送报警提示,提醒现场作业人员采取相关调整措施;此外,系统可对坝区的小气候进行实时监测,在低温、降雨或风速较大等不适宜沥青心墙施工的情况下,自动提示沥青心墙的停工建议;同时建立了考虑现场多变环境因素的沥青混合料出机口温度实时控制模型,可根据沥青混合料入仓温度的控制要求和实时采集的小气候信息,来动态调整沥青混合料的出机口温度,从而确保心墙沥青混合料拌和质量。
