摘要(Abstract)：

<正> 在软基上筑坝采用减压井作为排水设备用以控制渗流,在国内外许多工程实践中已经证明是经济有效的措施。1961年间,黄壁庄水库在加固工程中也采用了减压井作为副坝渗流控制的主要措施之一。两年来共打井230余眼,在汛期拦蓄洪水期间,发挥了排水减压作用,保证了坝身的安全。本文拟就黄壁庄水库副坝减压井工程的设计作些简要的介绍,以供参考。
