水泥细度对砂浆体积稳定性的影响Influence of cement fineness on volume stability of mortar

摘要(Abstract):
主要研究了水泥细度对硬化浆体强度、弹性模量、干缩和线膨胀系数的影响情况。试验结果表明,随着水泥细度的增加,弹性模量和线膨胀系数呈线性增长趋势;当中热硅酸盐水泥比表面积超过340 m2/kg时,对试件7 d龄期后的增强效果非常微弱,但干缩速度明显加快,最终干缩率较大。这说明中热硅酸盐水泥细度越大,砂浆体积稳定性越差,尤其是当水泥比表面积超过340 m2/kg时,水泥细度对砂浆体积稳定性的影响非常显著。
