基于背包算法的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方法Knapsack algorithm-based power load frequency division dispatching method for cascade hydropower stations

摘要(Abstract):
由于传统的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方法存在耗时长、费用高、资源利用率低、分频调度效果不佳的问题,提出一种基于背包算法的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方法。在水位约束、水库水位约束、流量约束、出力约束以及梯级水电站的水量平衡方程下,构建目标函数,计算下游梯级不同电站的入流以及出力,并将计算结果和天然径流下的出力进行多组统计对比,获取对应的补偿效益,构建梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度模型。采用背包算法,对组建的模型进行求解,获取最佳梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度方案。仿真试验结果表明,该方法的梯级水电站电力负荷分频调度耗时最高只有1.56 min,且调度精度最高可达90%,能够有效降低电力负荷分频调度耗时及费用,提升梯级水电站的资源利用率和电力负荷分频调度精度。
