跨海大桥悬臂浇筑施工菱形挂篮施工力学特性与施工技术Mechanics characteristics and construction technology of rhombic hanging basket for cantilever beam casting of sea-crossing bridge

摘要(Abstract):
针对悬臂梁浇筑菱形挂篮施工过程安全问题,为了保证悬臂梁成功浇筑,以浙江G228国道三门县至宁海公路段海游港特大桥工程为依托,研究了跨海大桥悬臂梁浇筑施工菱形挂篮施工力学特性与施工技术。运用有限元软件Midas-Civil,建立悬臂端浇筑时菱形挂篮最不利荷载下有限元模型,分析其关键部位的变形、内力以及整体抗倾覆计算,并与实测变形值对比验证有限元模拟的可行性与正确性。结果表明:菱形挂篮施工过程中结构最大位移发生在支架前顶部,其值为14.6 mm,结构最大应力发生在后上斜杆顶部,其值为134.9 MPa,允许应力为215 MPa,控制变形在20 mm内,结果满足要求。挂篮施工中最大弯曲应力与切应力以及最大变形值均出现在前上横梁,其值分别为125.2 MPa、39.5 MPa和3.3 mm,允许弯曲应力与切应力分别为205 MPa与120 MPa,控制变形为L/400,分析结果满足规范要求。抗倾覆安全系数远远大于2,满足要求。现场检测悬臂梁最大变形值出现在中跨跨中,其值为18 mm,在控制范围内且与数值模拟值在同一数量级。研究成果可供类似工程施工参考。
