轻型格构边坡防护数值应力及稳定性分析Numerical stress and stability analysis of light lattice slope protection

摘要(Abstract):
矿山排土场坡面防护是维护排土场边坡稳定及后期生态治理的重要保障,然而传统的圬工坡面防护结构常会由于排土场边坡年沉降量过大而导致结构因应力集中而发生破坏,为此提出了一种新型的柔性轻型格构梁。【目的】为了明确该格构梁的物理力学性能、护坡时的应力变化情况和边坡浅层防护的稳定性,【方法】对其进行了物理力学试验和边坡防护数值模拟,并且对其与浅层滑动土体的相互作用进行了浅层稳定性分析。【结果】结果显示:该格构梁质量轻,密度小,具有良好的抗压、耐弯及弹性性能。在边坡防护数值模拟中,该轻型格构梁与混凝土格构梁相比,应力分布均匀,无明显的应力集中现象。同时,合理控制格构埋深h_s和格构横纵间距l_a、l_b,不仅可以提高格构防护边坡浅层土体安全系数F_s,而且还可以降低施工用料成本。【结论】结果表明:该轻型格构梁边坡不仅能够吸收和扩散结构内力,避免应力集中,而且还可以提升边坡浅层土体的稳定性,为其他的柔性护坡结构提供理论及技术参考。
